Buntis 08: Party! Party!!!

In 2 days time, I am officially full term!!! Yey!!! Entering my 37th week on Friday. Whew! (konti na lang, we will get to see and hold of our baby boy!) *super excited*

Last Monday, June 13, my friends and office mates threw a baby shower party for me. It was a short but very fun-filled celebration that we squeezed in during lunch break. The food was uber great and tasty. There were games as well where our boys participated willingly. Hilarious and exciting get together.

I will share more details on a separate entry. I want to back up my kwento with pictures. Still waiting for the pix from my office mate.

Well, as mentioned on my last entry on buntis moments, we have a name for our little one!!!

Buntis 06: Dont touch my Birdie

His Dad-To-Be and I are now contemplating on baby names. I already have one that starts with J, my initial and one more that starts with A, my hubby's. Ofcourse it does not have to start in A or J but I want it to be that way. :D

For the A-name, we are not decided yet. Still considering lots of A names. Dad-To-Be is proposing silly names like Oz or Boy.

Haller!!! I won't let my son-to-be ridiculed for the rest of his life with such name...NEVER!!!
I am open in accepting suggestions...any one? :D

Buntis 05: The Dad-To-Be is so Happy...

From my last blog entry, I mentioned that I will share what the gender is. I know it's been almost two (2) months since the day we learned of our baby's gender but due to....basically laziness, this entry has been uber delayed. hehehe.

Anyways, from the title itself, the Dad-To-Be is so happy because we'll be buying baby stuff of this type:






So! I guess you got it right.... Yes! You're correct!!! ^_^



I guess, there will be more of Astroboy figures and stuff in the house.

Actually, the Lolo-To-Be is equally happy because it's a sure ball that the Tria will remain for the next generation. ;P

Buntis 02 : Pretty in Purple

Exactly 16 weeks or 4 months and 2 days!!! Whew! I'm now on my 2nd trimester. Updates!

* Blood sugar - High. I'm on a special diet. No sweets, no fruits except for banana, apple and orange. Carbo intake - moderate.
* Scheduled Resting - After one week of reporting for work. I still experience those lower back pains in the evening. My OB advised to take my pill for a week and if symptoms persist, I will be put on a Modified bed rest. Prohibiting me to go to work and stay at home but not as strictly best rest as in On Bed 24x7. (No! No! NO!!! It's not as good as I thought it was)

I'm missing a lot of things that I normally do and enjoy. I can't go malling. I am only allowed to have a full walk of maximum 20mins then rest. I get so tired easily. I can't eat just anything I want to eat specially sweets! Plus! I can't go travel. We are scheduled to go to HK and Macau next month but have to put that off due to my condition. (A big SIGH)
Ofcourse I don't want to risk the baby again. He/She is more important above anything else.

Luckily I have my ever loving, supporting and caring hubby with me all the time. Word's can't express how thankful I am to have him around.
