Prenup at Subic & Clark

Yey! We're done with our prenup photo and video shoot. We had it yesterday, June 20 at Subic and Clark.

Before that day, we were praying and really hoping for a good weather since there were 2 tropical storm that were spotted last Monday. And as expected, we experienced rains and cloudy days from the early part of the week. But God is really good for He heared and answered our prayers. A and I were so thankful because

1. We had a good weather. Not 100% sunny but still, it was good. There were several rain showers but it didn't affect us at all.
2. We had fun.
3. We had a safe and relaxing trip.

Wedding preps are getting much more exciting!!! However really COSTLY!!! Hahahaha!
I'm excited to see the "patikim" peechurs and "teaser" video from richard buan and Jezreel Cruz.

Will surely share them once I have the copy with me.

The place where we will say "I DO"

The CHURCH: OUR LADY OF VICTORY CHAPEL
ADDRESS: Araneta Cmpd, Victoneta Ave., Potrero, Malabon

This is my High School's Chapel. This chapel is very serene and a very very perfect place to say solemn vows. A private chapel owned by the Araneta Clan. Many wedding scenes from local teleseryes from ABS-CBN and GMA-7 had taken place on this church. Some are Kristine-Jericho's "Pangako Sa'yo", Angel-Piolo's "Lobo" and GMA's "All about Eve".

Jan, 2009: When I brought A to the place. He was 100% sold. ^_^
He took pictures of it to show to his Mom. Since the chapel doesn't have its own parish office, we have to booked it to St. Peter & John Parish who is the church assigned to manage OLVC's bookings. I also have to asked my Mom's help to pay the Araneta Village Office that is only open from M-F. So there were two (2) bookings for this chapel. One from St. Peter & John and the other was from Araneta Village's Office. Nonetheless, the combined price is still ok for us. Much affordable compared to Manila Cathedral and San Agustin :P

Both our Mom's loved the place. They both suggested to book the place and no need to look for other venue. Hahaha. They don't know that it's done even w/o their approvals.

Here's some pics of OLVC:

Isn't the place so lovely? We love it.

What the groom wants for his suit

My A will surely look so "gwapo" on this.
I hope he will start to work/tone his muscles now for a better fit.

Wedding Dress Quest #3: Jazel

Jazel. We met her last March 28 at Martha Stewart Bridal Affair at World Trade Center. We were a bit disappointed about the fair coz we expected it to be big with lots of suppliers similar to Wedding Expo held at PICC. So we roam around and looked for possible suppliers. One of our main target was a couturier.

Since we finished early at pass 1PM, we decided to visit the shop one of the participating couturier. It was in Makati. Just 15-20mins away from World Trade Center. She's pretty, young and sexy. We had the normal Q&A while she do her on the spot sketch. When she finished, I liked it. She knew what I wanted even w/o any print out of wedding gown inspirations. She's a big and possible supplier but it's still way out of the budget. So, we left the shop a bit giddy coz I can imagine myself with the dress on. However, the ka-ching-ching factor is still the most vital reason to consider her.

A actually liked her. When we left her shop, A was kidding that if we get her, he (take note HE) might visit the shop often as expected and just bring up reasons just to see her. *Toinkz* Good thing I was not the jealous type. But to be honest, I liked her too. Fashion is really her passion. I liked her trendy style and how she mixed her design with the design inspirations i have in mind. If we were not considering budget we might really go with her. But bottom line, the price should be right. *Sigh* Ang hirap magbudget!!!

Nonetheless, Here's her sketch of how my gown will look like. (If will book her)
